Not a Good Fit?
We want you to love your purchase and feel like the beautiful and amazing woman that you are. So we understand sometimes an item may not fit the way you hoped or was simply not for you.
Returning items to Willow & Blush Clothing Co, is the responsibility of the customer including shipping cost. To be eligible for a return all items must be must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Item(s) must be free of perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or stains. Returns must be sent back to us within 3 business days for full reimbursement or 10 days for store credit of shipment day (For those out of town who want a refund a tracking number must be provided within 3 business days of receiving your order) . Shipping must be paid for by the customer and is their responsibility to arrange shipping back to us. We recommend you use a Canada Post and a tracked shipping method for your return as packages lost in transit are out of our control. Shipping is non-refundable. Exchange, store credit, or refund will be issued once we receive the shipment. All accessories (including hats, mitts, masks, scarves, socks, slippers, etc) and sale/clearance items are final sale. Black Friday BOGO items are all final sale.
Reimbursements may take 1-5 business days (Credit cards may take longer)
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping but in the event that an item is damaged or defective upon receiving it we must be contacted within 3 days. Please email photos of the damaged product to email@example.com. Damages caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted.
Any orders that are cancelled once they've been placed will be refunded as store credit.
