Not a Good Fit?
We want you to love your purchase and feel like the beautiful and amazing woman that you are. So we understand sometimes an item may not fit the way you hoped or was simply not for you.
Returning items to Willow & Blush Clothing Co, is the responsibility of the customer including shipping cost. To be eligible for a return all items must be must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Item(s) must be free of perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or stains. Returns must be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order for store credit (For those out of town a tracking number must be provided within 10 business days of receiving your order). Those that are picking up have 10 days to return from the day you receive your pick-up notification. Shipping must be paid for by the customer and is their responsibility to arrange shipping back to us. We recommend you use a Canada Post and a tracked shipping method for your return as packages lost in transit are out of our control. Shipping is non-refundable. Exchange or store credit will be issued once we receive the shipment. All accessories (including hats, mitts, masks, scarves, socks, slippers, etc) and sale/clearance items are final sale (including BOGOs, Flash sales, anything 15% or greater).
Reimbursements may take 1-5 business days
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping but in the event that an item is damaged or defective upon receiving it we must be contacted within 3 days. Please email photos of the damaged product to email@example.com. Damages caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted.
Any orders that are cancelled once they've been placed will be refunded as store credit.
